Are you a landlord looking for a hassle free service for you and your tenants? We carry out landlord Gas Safety Certificates (GSC), Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA) and Lead Pipe Inspections in rental properties for landlords and letting agents. We have worked with some of our letting agents and landlords for 7-10 years proving our service works! Our certificates are sent in electronic format direct from site providing a quick and easy process (hard copies can be provided if required). Landlords are required by law to obtain GSC on an annual basis to ensure the safety of their tenants. PAT tests are recommended annually. Appliances include boilers, cookers, fridges, toasters, lamps etc.

We carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in rental properties for landlords to prevent any risks of the property holding legionella. Whilst this is not required by law the Scottish Government have provided advice and guidance about legionella which you can access here www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg458.pdf. We also carry out remedial such as cleaning the tank, replacing the tank or converting the system.
