We carry out landlord Gas Safety Certificates (GSC), Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA) in rental properties for landlords and letting agents. Landlords are required by law to obtain GSC and PAT tests on an annual basis to ensure the safety of their tenants. Appliances include boilers, cookers, fridges, lamps etc. We provide our certificates in electronic format for a quick and easy process although hard copies can be provided if required.
We carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in rental properties for landlords to prevent any risks of the property holding legionella.
